Luggage storage will be available in one of The Westin ballrooms Wednesday upon arrival and Friday before departure. Let the front desk know you are with Brasfield & Gorrie and they will be able to assist. 

City Walk Park is a public park B&G built underneath the I-59/I-20 bridge in downtown Birmingham. It features a skate park, pickleball courts, playground, dog park, food truck areas, amphitheater, and more.

We will kick off our event at City Walk with check-in and registration at the Green Block (amphitheater area). Parking will be available in the P4 deck and is walkable. Click here for a map.

The Club (Thursday): Local employees are welcome to drive and park.

Blackjack Farms (Friday): All attendees MUST ride the bus. There is no parking onsite. 

B&G Equipment and Supply (Friday): Local employees are welcome to drive and park.

You will be responsible for transportation from the airport to the hotel/event.

Demo Day will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. 

Buses will leave from The Westin lobby at 9:30 a.m. If you are local, you are welcome to drive.

If you need to store luggage during the day, the Westin Ballroom will hold it until the buses return after lunch. If you're heading straight to the airport afterward, a bus will run directly from BGES to the airport — just be sure to bring your luggage with you if you're catching this one.

You will experience where the idea for Brasfield & Gorrie began by touring the Gorrie's farm and hearing about the history! Plan to wear comfortable shoes to enjoy the scenary.

If you are signed up for Blackjack Farms, you will have been notified in your confirmation email. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified if a spot becomes available.

Buses will be provided from the hotel to Blackjack Farms. Parking is limited. All attendees must ride the bus. The tours will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. Buses will be available to the BHM airport or to return to The Westin.

Headshots will be available Thursday, September 17 at City Walk from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Please be prompt if you plan to have your headshot taken.
