Impact Week is one of Brasfield & Gorrie's signature company-wide traditions — a dedicated week each year where every office and jobsite pauses its usual routine to give back to the communities we build in. Rather than just writing a check, teams roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with volunteer projects — anything from park cleanups and home builds to school supply drives and food bank shifts — bringing the same grit, teamwork, and initiative we bring to our projects into service work instead. It's paired with company giving programs, like matching funds through B&G's community giving initiatives, so employee donations get amplified.
